No. All Hollow & Hearth Studio products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped.

How do I receive my files?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files from your account.

Do I need Canva to use these templates?
Yes. Our templates are designed for Canva. A free Canva account is all you need.

Can I use these for my business?
Yes. You may use the templates for your own business or personal projects. Reselling or sharing the templates is not allowed.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once downloaded. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us and we’ll help.
