All products sold by Hollow & Hearth Studio are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

If you experience difficulty accessing your download or receive a corrupted file, please contact us and we will assist or provide a replacement file when appropriate.
